About Us
Chase your real estate dream, just like we did
Turned 40, me and my family of 3 kids decided to move from busy Brussels to the beautiful French
Riviera. A dream come true. I started my career as corporate lawyer and founded multiple businesses
but what I always liked most is buying and selling real estate. In doing so it has always struck me that
only sellers have brokers whilst buyers probably need them more. Especially abroad, far from home
in another country, different legal system and often language.
Hence the idea to create a buyer side advisory boutique called Buyourside to help buyers to find the right property, to negotiate a good price, to support you in dealing with sellers, brokers, notaries, banks, municipalities, movers etc. All this to facilitate you as a buyer but above all to guarantee you a sound investment, regardless if it’s your family home, second home or investment property. Because the key in real estate is that when you buy right you sell well.

How do we work?
1. Criteria & Budget
You give us your criteria and budget for your family home, second home or investment property and
we go out to find it through an exclusive search mandate.
2. Personal contact
We discuss your wishes and possible matches during a personal meet-up and
are always only one phone call away in case of questions and specific advice in your search.
3. We've got a match!
If and only when the property is purchased
a service fee will be charged as a percentage of the purchase price. Some may see it as an additional
cost, we see it as a way to find a better home and investment, saving valuable time and money through
a better negotiated deal.
